This document is a working template prepared for Beyond Papers. It should be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser, and the placeholder contact and entity details confirmed, before the site is published.
About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Beyond Papers, a brand under TheManki.com, owned by SDW Pvt. Ltd. and Nikiss Tech Pvt. Ltd.. Our correspondence address is Guwahati, Assam, India.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website itself. Any software development, implementation or support work we carry out for you is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
Information on this website
The content of this website is provided for general information about our services. It describes capabilities we can build and the approach we take, not a fixed specification of what any particular system will contain.
Module lists, capability descriptions and process illustrations are indicative. What is delivered in any engagement is defined by the scope document agreed in writing for that project.
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or continuously available.
Case studies and illustrative examples
Items on this website labelled Solution Blueprint or Industry Use Case are illustrative worked examples showing how an implementation would be structured. They are not accounts of delivered client projects, and no organisation named or implied in them should be understood to be a client of ours.
Where we publish a case study describing real client work, it is labelled as a Client Case Study and is published only with that client's written consent.
Illustrative interface images, dashboards and figures shown on this site are design mock-ups. They do not represent any client's data or results.
No guarantee of outcomes
Statements about operational improvements describe what a system of the kind we build is designed to achieve. They are not guarantees of a particular result in your business.
Outcomes from any implementation depend on factors outside our sole control, including the condition of your existing data, the involvement of your team, the accuracy of the process information provided to us, and how consistently the system is used after launch.
We do not publish improvement percentages that we cannot substantiate from a named client project.
Enquiries, quotations and proposals
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract between us. It is an invitation for us to contact you.
Any indicative budget range you select in the form is used only to help us propose a realistic phasing. It is not a quotation and does not commit either party.
Prices, timelines and scope are provided only after a discovery stage, in a written proposal. A proposal is valid for the period stated in it, and remains subject to a formal agreement being signed by both parties.
The initial discovery consultation is provided without charge and without obligation on either side.
Third-party platforms and trademarks
This website refers to third-party platforms including Zoho, Odoo, Oracle NetSuite, Tally and TallyPrime, Meta and Google. These references describe the systems we implement, customise, integrate with or migrate from.
All third-party product names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Unless expressly stated on this website with supporting authorisation, no partnership, authorised reseller status, certification, endorsement or affiliation with any platform owner is claimed or implied.
Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics, illustrations and arrangement of this website are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may view, download and print pages of this website for your own internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute or exploit any part of it commercially without our written permission.
The Beyond Papers name and logo are our marks and may not be used without written permission.
Ownership of software, source code, documentation and data arising from a client engagement is dealt with in the written agreement for that engagement, agreed before development begins.
