The Cost of Disconnection
Your Business Should Not Depend on Disconnected Systems.
None of these are dramatic failures. They are the small, daily frictions that quietly decide how much a business earns, how fast it can grow, and how much of it depends on a handful of people.
Stock records that do not match
The system says one figure, the godown says another, and the difference is settled by physical counting.
Delayed production updates
Shop-floor progress reaches the office a day late, so commitments to customers are made without current information.
Pricing shared through WhatsApp
Rate lists circulate in groups, revisions get missed, and two salespeople quote the same customer differently.
Approvals stuck between departments
A discount, a purchase or a dispatch waits because nobody is certain whose approval is pending.
Follow-ups missed by sales teams
Enquiries are noted in personal diaries, and a serious buyer is lost simply because nobody called back.
Management reports prepared manually
Two days of every month are spent assembling numbers that are already out of date when the meeting begins.
Duplicate data entry
The same order is typed into a register, a spreadsheet and the accounting software by three different people.
No clear accountability
When something goes wrong there is no record of who approved what, or when the decision was taken.
Limited visibility across branches
Each location reports separately, and the consolidated position is only known well after month end.
Business knowledge held by individuals
Pricing logic, dealer terms and production sequences live in a few people's heads and leave when they do.
Beyond Papers connects these processes into one controlled, measurable and scalable system.
What We Build
Systems that carry the whole operation, not one department.
Each area below can be delivered on its own or as part of a single connected platform. Most engagements begin with two or three and extend from there.
Custom ERP
A single system shaped around your departments, approvals and reporting lines — rather than a package your team must work around.
Manufacturing ERP
Production planning, job cards, work-in-progress tracking, quality control and costing connected to sales and stock in real time.
CRM & Lead Management
Every enquiry captured, assigned, followed up and measured — from Meta and Google campaigns through to a signed order.
Inventory & Procurement
Multi-warehouse stock, batch and serial control, reorder levels, purchase requisitions and vendor performance in one ledger.
Production Management
Machine and labour allocation, routing, subcontracting, wastage and rejection tracking with live shop-floor status.
Dashboards & Analytics
Role-based management dashboards and scheduled reports that replace the weekly scramble to compile numbers by hand.
Mobile & PWA Solutions
Applications for salespeople, supervisors, drivers and directors — approvals, entries and reports away from the desk.
Integrations & Automation
Accounting synchronisation, advertising lead capture, WhatsApp and email automation, and API links to your existing tools.
Module Library
433+ proven modules across 18 business ecosystems.
From CRM and lead management to LMS, website builder, POS, manufacturing, HR and beyond — a library already proven in production. We select, configure and extend only what your process needs, so you start ahead without starting from a package.
The library is a starting point, not a product. Modules are selected after discovery and configured to your process — you are never asked to take one you do not need.
Industry Solutions
Built for the way your industry actually works.
A coil balance, a cutting plan, a bill of materials and a duty roster are not variations of the same field. Each of these systems is designed around the operational reality of its sector.
Measurement, cutting, tempering and installation.
Boards, laminates, hardware and made-to-order units.
Sections, fabrication, finishing and institutional orders.
Dealer networks, multi-location stock and credit.
Guards, rosters, attendance, payroll and billing.
Process-heavy operations in any other sector.
Bundled by Industry
Pre-composed starting points for your sector.
For common industries we have already worked out which modules usually fit together. A bundle is a starting point, not a fixed package — we confirm and configure the scope after discovery.
Who We Build For
A customised ERP has to earn its cost.
We work with organisations that have genuinely outgrown coordination by conversation. Below these thresholds a package plus better process discipline usually serves you better — and we will tell you that rather than sell you a build.
Trading & Distribution
Distributors, stockists and multi-brand traders where margin is thin and volume is high, so small leakages compound quickly.
Typical signals
- Dealer network across multiple territories
- Credit exposure spread over many accounts
- Stock held at several godowns and in transit
- Schemes and discounts calculated outside the system
- Claims and returns settled by adjustment
Manufacturing & Processing
Businesses that transform material before selling it, where costing, wastage and production visibility decide profitability.
Typical signals
- Multi-stage production with work-in-progress
- Material issued to job workers or subcontractors
- Product-wise costing built manually
- Wastage and rejection absorbed rather than measured
- Delivery commitments made without live production status
Service & Manpower
Contract and deployment-driven service organisations, where scheduling, attendance and billing must reconcile every month.
Typical signals
- People deployed across client sites or contracts
- Attendance disputed between site, payroll and client
- Billing raised from contract rather than actual deployment
- Renewal dates and compliance documents tracked informally
- Field teams working away from any system
20+
People
Teams above 20 people
Below roughly twenty people, coordination still happens by conversation. Above it, information starts falling between departments — and that is the problem an ERP actually solves.
Close to a threshold, or an exception to it? Talk to us anyway. These are guidelines for where our work pays for itself, not a rule we apply mechanically.
Why Custom ERP
Your Processes Are Unique. Your ERP Should Be Too.
A package asks the business to change shape. That is sometimes the right trade — but rarely for organisations whose process is the thing that makes them competitive.
Ready-made package
- Your process adapts to the software
- Modules you do not use, still paid for
- Industry requirements handled by workaround
- Spreadsheets maintained alongside to fill gaps
- Changes wait for the vendor's roadmap
Beyond Papers custom ERP
- The software is built to your process
- Only the modules your operation needs
- Coil balances, cutting plans and rosters built in
- One system of record, no parallel files
- Changes planned on your own roadmap
Developed around actual workflows
We document how an order genuinely moves through your business — including the exceptions — and build to that reality.
Custom roles and permissions
Every designation sees exactly what it should. Rates, margins, costing and approvals stay with the people entitled to them.
Industry-specific modules
Coil balances, cutting optimisation, bills of materials or guard rosters — the modules your industry needs, not a generic shell.
Integrates with existing systems
Your accounting software, biometric devices, advertising accounts and portals continue to work, connected rather than replaced.
Scales with branches and departments
New locations, companies, product lines and teams are added as configuration — not as another separate system to reconcile.
Real-time visibility
Stock, production status, receivables and pipeline are visible as they happen, not compiled the following week.
Flexible approval systems
Approval limits, escalation paths and delegation rules are configured to your authority matrix and can change as you grow.
Dedicated implementation support
Migration, parallel running, department-wise training and hand-holding through the first cycles of live use.
Long-term enhancement roadmap
A planned sequence of improvements after launch, so the system keeps pace with the business instead of freezing on day one.
No unnecessary modules
You are not asked to pay for, learn or maintain functionality that has nothing to do with how your organisation operates.
Key Capabilities
One record, handed from department to department.
Select any area to see what it holds and where its information travels next. Nothing is re-entered along the way — the order that sales confirms is the same order stores, production, dispatch and finance work from.
CRM
Every enquiry captured, owned and followed up.
- Lead capture from website, campaigns and WhatsApp
- Assignment rules and follow-up reminders
- Customer history and interaction log
- Lost-lead reasons and conversion reporting
Modules are selected to suit your operation — you are never required to take functionality you will not use.
AI & Intelligent Automation
Useful intelligence, not a marketing feature.
We are deliberately conservative here. The value of AI inside an ERP is not conversation — it is removing the manual work of noticing things: the order slipping, the stock trending short, the discount that sits outside the pattern.
Automated management summaries
A written summary of the day, week or month drawn from your own transaction data, delivered before the review meeting.
Anomaly and exception reporting
Transactions that fall outside normal patterns — unusual discounts, sudden consumption changes, repeated rejections — surfaced for review.
Demand forecasting
Indicative demand projections built from your sales history and seasonality, used to inform planning rather than replace judgement.
Inventory alerts
Early warnings on items trending towards shortage or excess, based on consumption rate rather than a static reorder level.
Delayed order detection
Orders at risk of missing their committed date identified from production progress, not from a customer complaint.
Lead prioritisation
Enquiries ranked by the characteristics that historically converted in your business, so the sales team calls the right ones first.
Document data extraction
Reading purchase orders, invoices and measurement sheets into structured entries, with a human check before posting.
Quotation assistance
Draft quotations prepared from similar past orders and current approved rates, ready for the salesperson to review and adjust.
Automated scheduled reports
Defined reports compiled and dispatched on a schedule to the people who need them, without anyone assembling them by hand.
Conversational access to business data
Plain-language questions answered from the data a user is already authorised to see — never beyond their permissions.
Intelligent features are scoped individually. What can realistically be delivered depends on your business requirements, the quality and history of your data, and the agreed implementation scope — we will tell you plainly which of these is worth building for your operation and which is not.
Implementation Methodology
From Process Study to Successful Adoption.
ERP projects rarely fail on technology. They fail when the software was designed before anyone understood how the business actually runs. Our sequence is deliberately front-loaded: we study, document and get agreement on your processes before a line of application code is written.
- 01
Discovery and Process Mapping
We sit with your departments and document how work genuinely moves through the business today — including the workarounds.
Before recommending any module we spend time with the people doing the work. We trace a live order end to end, note where information is re-entered, where approvals stall and where knowledge is held informally. The output is a written process map your own team recognises and can correct.
- 02
Solution Architecture
We translate the process map into a system design: modules, roles, approval rules, integrations and deployment.
The architecture stage decides how the system will be structured — which modules are in the first phase, how many companies and branches it must serve, who approves what, which external systems it connects to, and whether it runs on cloud or on your own servers.
- 03
UI/UX and Prototype Approval
You see and approve the working screens before development begins in earnest.
We design the screens your team will use every day and put a clickable prototype in front of them. Corrections at this stage cost a conversation; the same corrections after development cost weeks. Nothing moves forward until the people who will use the system have signed off on it.
- 04
Development and Integrations
The system is built in reviewable stages, with integrations to your accounting and communication platforms.
Development runs in defined stages with a demonstration at the end of each. You see progress on working software rather than status reports. Integrations to accounting, advertising, messaging and device platforms are built and tested alongside the core modules, not bolted on at the end.
- 05
Data Migration, Testing and Training
Existing data is cleaned and migrated, the system is tested with real transactions, and every department is trained.
Migration is where most implementations lose credibility. We extract from your Excel files, Tally data and legacy systems, clean and reconcile it with your team, and load it in a verifiable sequence. Departments are then trained on their own data — not on demonstration records.
- 06
Launch, Support and Continuous Improvement
We stay through the first live cycles, then continue with support, enhancements and a planned roadmap.
Go-live is the beginning of the relationship, not the end of the project. We support the first month-end, the first stock verification and the first payroll run closely. After stabilisation, enhancements continue on an agreed roadmap under a support or AMC arrangement.
Technology Ecosystem
Platforms We Work With
Most businesses already run something that works. Our role is to connect it, extend it or migrate it — not to insist that everything is replaced. These are the platforms we implement, customise and integrate with most frequently.
Zoho
Business Suite & CRM
CRM setup, workflow automation and connection of Zoho applications to a custom ERP so sales data and operational data stay aligned.
Odoo
Open-Source ERP
Implementation, module customisation and integration for businesses standardising on Odoo, including migration from earlier versions.
Oracle NetSuite
Cloud ERP
Integration and data consolidation for organisations running NetSuite alongside plant-level or field-level custom systems.
Tally / TallyPrime
Accounting
Two-way synchronisation between operational transactions and your books, so accounting stays authoritative without duplicate entry.
Meta
Advertising & Messaging
Lead capture from Facebook and Instagram campaigns directly into your CRM, plus WhatsApp messaging for order and dispatch updates.
Advertising & Workspace
Google Ads lead integration, analytics connectivity and Workspace links for calendars, documents and single sign-on.
Beyond Papers describes implementation, integration and migration capability only. We do not claim authorised or certified partner status for any platform unless that authorisation is formally held and the platform's approved brand assets are in use.
All third-party product names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. See what we integrate.
Solution Outcomes
What changes once the system is live.
We do not publish improvement percentages, because a figure from someone else's business tells you nothing about yours. These are the operational changes an ERP of this kind is designed to produce.
Faster access to management information
Position, pipeline, stock and receivables available on demand instead of being compiled on request.
Better stock accuracy
One stock ledger, updated by transactions rather than by periodic corrections.
Improved production visibility
Live status by stage, job card and machine, so commitments are made against reality.
Structured sales follow-ups
Every enquiry owned, scheduled and measured, with ageing visible to the sales head.
Reduced duplicate data entry
Information captured once at source and reused by every department downstream.
Stronger process accountability
Approvals, changes and cancellations recorded against a user, a time and a reason.
Better coordination between departments
Handovers happen inside the system, so sales, stores, production and dispatch see the same order.
Easier business scaling
New branches, companies and product lines added as configuration rather than as new systems.
Improved audit readiness
Documents, approvals and adjustments traceable without assembling evidence after the fact.
Centralised operational control
One place where the state of the business can be seen, questioned and acted upon.

Solution Blueprints
How a build is structured, sector by sector.
We do not publish invented client stories. The blueprints below illustrate how an implementation is scoped and phased in each sector — they are worked examples, not accounts of delivered projects.
Roofing & Coil Processing
Coil-to-dispatch control for a roofing sheet manufacturer
How a roofing ERP is typically structured when coil balances, dealer rates and same-day dispatch all have to hold together.
Glass Processing
Measurement-to-installation traceability for a glass processor
How a glass ERP holds a site measurement through cutting, tempering, quality control and installation without re-entry.
Furniture Manufacturing
Configured products, accurate estimates and tracked installation
How a furniture ERP links a configurable catalogue to bills of materials, job cards, subcontractors and site handover.
Common Questions
Questions we are asked before every project.
Still deciding whether this is the right route?
A discovery conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation. We will tell you plainly if a package would serve you better.
Book a consultationA customised ERP is a single business system built around the way your organisation already works. Instead of adapting your processes to fit a package, the modules, screens, approval rules, terminology and reports are designed from your actual operations — your rate structure, your production stages, your authority limits and your reporting needs.
Ready-made ERP gives you a fixed set of modules and asks your team to work within them, which usually means either changing established processes or maintaining spreadsheets alongside the software. A customised ERP starts from your process map. You pay for and maintain only what you use, industry-specific requirements such as coil balances or cutting optimisation are built in rather than worked around, and the system can change as the business changes.
Yes. Tally and TallyPrime integration is a common part of our work. Masters such as ledgers and stock items can be synchronised, vouchers can be posted from ERP transactions, and outstanding balances can be retrieved for credit control. The exact scope — which documents post, in which direction and on what schedule — is agreed during the architecture stage.
Yes. Multi-company, multi-branch and multi-warehouse operation is a standard part of our architecture. Each location works within its own permissions while management sees a consolidated position, and inter-branch transfers, in-transit stock and location-wise reporting are handled inside the same system.
Yes. Migrating from Excel is one of the most common starting points. We extract your existing files, work with your team to clean and standardise them, reconcile the result against your current records, and load them in a verifiable sequence. Data quality is reviewed honestly at the start, because migration is where implementations most often lose credibility.
Yes, and we usually recommend it. Starting with the departments where the pain is sharpest — often sales and inventory, or production and dispatch — delivers visible results sooner and builds the confidence needed for the next phase. The architecture is designed for the full picture even when the first release covers part of it.
Yes. Mobile applications and progressive web applications can be included for salespeople, supervisors, storekeepers, drivers and management — covering enquiry capture, order booking, approvals, attendance, stock entries, dispatch confirmation and dashboards.
Yes. Training is department-wise and conducted on your own migrated data rather than on demonstration records, because people learn a system faster when they recognise the transactions in front of them. Reference material is provided, and we stay close through the first live operating cycles.
Yes. Cloud deployment and on-premise deployment are both supported. On-premise is chosen where there are internal policy, connectivity or data residency reasons for it. We will set out the practical implications of each — backup responsibility, access from outside the plant, and maintenance — so the decision is made with full information.
Support continues under a defined arrangement covering support channels, response commitments, periodic health checks, enhancements and a planned roadmap. Annual maintenance contracts are available. We deliberately treat go-live as the start of the relationship rather than the end of the project.
It depends on the number of departments in scope, the number of locations, the condition of your existing data and the integrations required. We do not quote a timeline before the discovery stage, because a schedule given without understanding the process is a guess. After discovery you receive a phase-wise plan with realistic dates for each release.
Pricing is based on the scope agreed after discovery — the modules built, the number of user roles, the integrations required, migration effort, deployment model and the level of ongoing support. We will not put a figure on a project before we understand it. The consultation itself is where that understanding starts, and it comes with no obligation to proceed.
